What's Good
Apache-2.0. stripe listen forwards webhooks to localhost. Event trigger and resend, live request logs, and API object CRUD from the terminal. The binary is free. This is the official tool, not a third-party wrapper.
The Catch
The CLI is free; card charges are not. See stripe.com/pricing for processing rates. Live mode needs a real secret. Dispute fees are on Stripe, not on this binary.
Verdict
Install it. Then still pay Stripe when money moves.
