What's Good
MIT core. Cloud Starter Free — no CC — unlimited flags/experiments (3 users / 1 project). Self-Hosted OSS unlimited users. Experiment stats engine included. Check current Pro seat prices on the vendor site.
The Catch
Warehouse-native experimentation competitor to PostHog — different pitch (flags+experiments first). Cloud Starter Free has user/project caps; self-host OSS uncapped users. Distinct from PostHog.
Verdict
MIT-core flags+experiments. Cloud Starter Free is real; ignore Pro seats.
