Cursor wraps the entire editing experience in AI. Tab completion that predicts your next edit, not just the next token. Chat that sees your whole codebase. Composer agents that handle multi-file changes while you describe what you want in plain English. Background agents keep working while you do something else.
The Catch
You are switching editors—VS Code extensions mostly work, but not all. Cursor closes, your background agents stop. The context can drift on very large refactors; you will need to guide it back.
