What's Good
MIT (davila7/claude-code-templates). `npx claude-code-templates@latest` plus aitmpl.com browse/install for 100+ components (agents, commands, settings, hooks, MCPs). Extra operator surfaces include --analytics, --chats (optional tunnel), --health-check, and --plugins. Useful when you want a maintained component marketplace instead of hand-copying JSON into ~/.claude.
The Catch
Vs Claude Code itself and Skillbox/book-to-skill: this is a third-party template/ops catalog for Claude Code, not Anthropic's CLI product, not a self-hosted skills registry, and not a PDF→skill converter. Every installed agent/hook/MCP inherits that component's trust boundary — review what you enable, especially remote tunnels and third-party MCP endpoints. Bright Data and similar partner prompts in the README are optional affiliate-adjacent installs, not core MIT code.
Verdict
MIT Claude Code component catalog. Fastest path to stock agents/hooks/MCPs; audit each install like any third-party hook.
