Vendor lock to YB, not vanilla Postgres. Distinct from neon-postgres (HASH shard keys, 5433 not 5432, no Neon branches). False-fires on generic CREATE TABLE. OSS self-host Apache-2.0 $0. Aeon Sandbox Free: 1 node / <=2 vCPU / 4 GB RAM / 10 GB / 15 connections; paused after 10 days inactivity, deleted after 15. Check current Aeon Dedicated $/vCPU on the vendor site.
