Multi-cloud support with one tool. State management tracks what exists. Plan before apply prevents surprises. The provider ecosystem covers almost everything.
The Catch
State management requires care. The licensing change to BSL concerned some users. HCL has quirks. Complex modules become hard to debug.
Verdict
