What's Good
MIT. End-to-end types, OpenAPI, standard schema, works across runtimes. Docs at orpc.dev. This is a library you import, not a hosted RPC product.
The Catch
TypeScript-first. Not a drop-in for every tRPC plugin. You still choose the HTTP server (Hono, Next, etc.). Do not confuse it with a backend-as-a-service.
Verdict
The typed TS RPC library. MIT, no meter, you bring the server.
