What's Good
Apache-2.0 (heygen-com/hyperframes). Local CLI + npm package turns HTML/CSS/media/seekable animations into MP4. Ships agent skills (`npx skills add heygen-com/hyperframes`, `npx hyperframes skills update`) with a /hyperframes router and creation workflows (product launch, PR-to-video, motion graphics, slideshow). The Catch
Node ≥22 and a real render pipeline (Puppeteer/ffmpeg class of deps) — not a one-liner SaaS render. Skill registry can lag main; use `hyperframes skills update` when you need HEAD. Vs Remotion (React compositions) and browser-use (page agents): HyperFrames is HTML→deterministic video for agents, not a general browser agent or React timeline editor.

Apache-2.0 agent video framework. Use when coding agents should author and lint HTML before they render MP4.
