Fumadocs
MIT docs framework for Next.js, Astro and Vite
Next.js / App Platform · OSS/MIT · 13.4k

What's Good
MIT (fuma-nama/fumadocs), very active, with package releases this week (2026-10-16). Officially supports Next.js, Astro (with React) and Vite stacks like TanStack Start, Waku and React Router. Composable, so you can use only the content layer or the full UI. ★~13.4k.
The Catch
ESM only. Releases are fast, so pin versions and read changelogs. It is a framework you set up yourself, not a hosted docs platform like Mintlify.
Verdict
The modern pick for code-owned docs in a React stack.
