What's Good
Full VMs mean no serverless limitations. Global distribution with anycast routing. Postgres, Redis, and volumes built-in. The CLI is developer-friendly.
The Catch
More operational than PaaS alternatives. Pricing requires understanding. Some features are less polished. The free tier has limitations.
Verdict
Full VMs globally for developers who need more than serverless.
