What's Good
MIT. Open-source tier is Free. Delivery guarantees, presence, Action Cable protocol, multi-backend. Drop-in path for Rails apps that outgrew the default cable server.
The Catch
Delivery guarantees + presence + Action Cable / multi-backend — not a Pusher-protocol server. Distinct from Socket.IO and Centrifugo. Pro and Managed exist; prices not reprinted here.
Verdict
MIT Action Cable path. OSS tier is free; not Soketi, not Socket.IO.
