S3-compatible object storage that branches with a Neon project so files and database rows stay in sync across dev, preview, and production. Use when the user wants buckets that fork with a Neon branch, uploads or attachments keyed from Postgres rows on the same branch, or S3 SDK/CLI access against Neon Object Storage. Not for static site hosting, AWS S3, Cloudflare R2, or UploadThing.
