## The Catch

Skills and tools MIT (ByteDance web-infra). $0 npm, no SaaS — the catch is lock-in to ByteDance's Rust toolchain: webpack-compatible but not 100% (some webpack plugins/loaders don't work). Rstest is young — expect gaps vs Jest/Vitest ecosystems; keep the old runner until CI parity is proven.
