Moving a webpack, Vite, CRA/CRACO or Vue CLI app onto Rsbuild.

## The Catch

Skills and tools MIT (ByteDance web-infra). $0 npm, no SaaS — the catch is lock-in to ByteDance's Rust toolchain: webpack-compatible but not 100% (some webpack plugins/loaders don't work). A migration is a commitment — custom webpack plugins and Vite-only plugins may have no Rsbuild equivalent; spike before you switch.
