## When it is useful

Create/toggle/target/roll out GrowthBook flags (draft → review → publish, kill switch). v2 /api/v2/features.

## The Catch

Not Mixpanel flags. Generic create-a-flag false-fire. Distinct from mixpanel-manage-feature-flags. Scheduled flags / safe rollouts / ramps are paid — Starter is toggle+rollout, not Pro/Enterprise lifecycle. Cloud Starter $0 (3 users) or self-host MIT.
