Workflow Use is Browser Use’s RPA 2.0 layer: record or generate deterministic browser workflows with variables, then rerun them — falling back to Browser Use when a step fails.

AGPL-3.0 (browser-use/workflow-use). Recorder / generation mode → reusable semantic workflows stored locally; CLI to generate, list, and run stored workflows. Sibling of Browser Use — the point is durable workflow/RPA, not another open-ended browser agent.

## The Catch

Vs Browser Use: pitch this as the workflow/RPA layer on that lineage, not a second browser agent. AGPL-3.0. README says very early development / not production; optional Browser Use Cloud browsers are convenience, not required for the OSS path.

## Verdict

AGPL browser workflow/RPA when you need record→rerun determinism on Browser Use rails and can accept early-dev plus copyleft.
