## The Hook

unlazy is a completion-discipline skill for substantial agent work: write an acceptance ledger first, run reviewed CHECK gates, reverify returned work, and report only what evidence supports.

## What's Good

MIT (Leonxlnx/unlazy). Install via `npx skills add Leonxlnx/unlazy`. Core SKILL.md plus Node gate-check (no third-party runtime deps). Depth Tree / scoped pipeline under `.unlazy/<scope>/`, approval store outside the repo, `--status` dry path and `--reverify` parent checks. Research-grounded laziness/underthinking framing.

## The Catch

Vs generic “be thorough” prompt packs: unlazy is a runnable gate contract with evidence fingerprints, not vibes. CHECK lines are shell — approval is consent, not a sandbox; pin a commit (2.1.0 source may be unreleased as a tag); Windows shell/PATH mismatches fail verification for real.

## Verdict

MIT Depth Tree / gates skill when agents declare done without evidence; skip if you only needed a shorter system prompt.
