Nasiko is a developer control plane for AI agent harnesses — discover what is already on the machine, deploy/route traffic, manage tools, and watch traces from one dashboard.

## What's Good

Apache-2.0 (Nasiko-Labs/nasiko). Rust CLI (`nasiko agents discover` is read-only, no account, stays on-box). Dashboard for deploy, routing, tools, and traces. Hooks/plugins for OpenCode/Codex-style harnesses so operators keep one control surface while agents keep their native CLIs.

## The Catch

Vs Paperclip / Zeron / ECC: Paperclip is Board/budget company OS; Zeron is multi-device session drive; ECC is skills/memory/security pack — Nasiko’s catch is harness discovery + routing/trace control plane. Still early operator UX; confirm which harnesses are first-class before you bet a fleet on it.

## Verdict

Apache harness control plane when you need discover/route/trace over many coding agents — not Paperclip budgets, not Zeron device sync.
