Self-host path, ~26 agent CLI integrations, issue/board workflow aimed at human+agent teams (multica-ai/multica). Active 2026-09 pushes. Internal org use is the free/self-host bar without a commercial license.

## The Catch

Vs Whiteboard / Pizza Bot: Multica is an agent task board/control plane, not a design canvas or inbox. Multica License = Apache-2.0 + Part I extras — hosting for third parties, public free instances, and commercial embedding need a producer license (Index Labs). Not OSI-clean Apache alone.
