Jev Ultrafast is Browser Use’s fast browser agent: TypeSafe Jev picks operation + element from a live control table; a small LLM only writes text when the action is TYPE_TEXT.

## What's Good

MIT (browser-use/jev-ultrafast). One TypeSafe request per decision cycle with speculative target heads, no screenshots in the default loop, and a local inspector at :8766. Demo claim: Zürich→London on Google Flights in ~7.1s including typing and waits. Library API (`Agent(url, goal)`) plus uv-run CLI; Chrome connects through Browser Harness.

## The Catch

Vs Browser Use and typesafe-computer-use: this is a Jev-driven indexed web agent, not the general Browser Use framework and not a macOS desktop OCR loop. Needs TYPESAFE_API_KEY plus a text-model key (OpenRouter in the example); Browser Use Cloud ultrafast is waitlist. Demos stop short of booking — verify outcomes yourself.
