Vs Hono: Bun-first ergonomic lane; Hono is multi-runtime edge-first. Ecosystem and hiring still Bun-skewed. Not Nest/Fastify full Node default.

## Verdict

MIT Bun framework. Free forever; Hono is the multi-runtime cousin.
