BMAD Method is a MIT skills methodology pack for agent workflows — install `bmad-method` and run structured skill loops without inventing another hand-rolled SKILL.md cult.

## What's Good

MIT (bmad-code-org/BMAD-METHOD). Raw LICENSE is MIT plus a trademark notice; GitHub API NOASSERTION is a classifier artifact — not a proprietary license. npm `bmad-method` resolves MIT (HTTP 200). Skills-well shaped for coding-agent harnesses.

## The Catch

★53681 in about 417 weeks (~129 a week): judge it on the method/skills substance, not the star count. Vs mattpocock-skills / agent-skills (Addy): those are engineering skills packs and production lifecycle /spec→/ship skills — BMAD’s catch is the BMAD Method skills methodology + npm package, not Matt’s pack and not Addy’s lifecycle commands. TM notice is branding, not a license wall; still verify which harnesses load the skills first-class.

## Verdict

MIT skills method when agents need BMAD’s structured loops — not mattpocock-skills / Addy agent-skills; treat the star spike with caution.
